3D PARTS CATALOGUES · FOR AUSTRALIAN EQUIPMENT MAKERS

Every part,
one click away.

We turn your CAD and parts list into a 3D catalogue of your machine. Customers and dealers find the exact part and order the genuine one from you, instead of sending photos, ringing your team or buying a copy elsewhere.

Built from the CAD and parts list of a real CNC router: find the part, see its number, add it to an enquiry. Demo machine: the open-hardware Evo M by Mekanika. Not affiliated.

THE AFTERMARKET TODAY

Where parts sales go wrong.

  1. Nobody can name the part.Identifying the right part is the first hurdle for customers and workshops. Without a clear picture, they send photos, ring your team or give up.
  2. Wrong parts come back.Ordering the wrong part is a leading cause of returns, and every return brings freight, restocking and a second delivery.
  3. The parts list falls behind.Engineering changes the design, but the parts list and manuals rarely keep up, so the wrong numbers reach dealers.
  4. Distance multiplies every mistake. On a remote Australian site, one wrong part can mean days of a machine standing still.

WHAT IT CHANGES

When the right part is easy to find, people buy it from you.

  1. 01

    More genuine parts sold

Customers who can find the genuine part in seconds don’t go looking for a cheaper copy somewhere else.

  2. 02

    Dealers order it right

Every dealer sees the same machine, the same part numbers and the same up-to-date list, so orders arrive with the right reference.

  3. 03

Your team gets its time back

Customers and dealers find the part themselves, so your parts team spends its day selling, not identifying.

  4. 04

    Machines back to work sooner

The right part arrives first time, so your customers’ machines spend less time waiting and more time earning.

HOW IT WORKS

We build it for you. Your team doesn’t learn new software.

  1. 01 · FROM A$750

    We check every part number

We match your CAD to your parts list and review every difference by hand, on the 3D model, so the catalogue is right from day one. Try the review →

  2. 02 · PER MACHINE

    We build the catalogue

Your machine in 3D, every part clickable with its number, and an order or enquiry button, ready to embed on your website.

  3. 03 · MONTHLY

    We host and update it

When your design or parts list changes, we update the catalogue. Nothing for your IT team to run.

HOW WE CHECK EVERY PART

Your CAD and your parts list, matched part by part.

We read every part from your CAD file and every row from your parts list, then match them by part number, name, size and quantity. Anything that doesn’t agree is flagged, and repeated differences are grouped, so your team only sees what needs a decision.

YOU ONLY REVIEW THE DIFFERENCES

We do the matching. You approve the result.

We compare every part in your CAD with your parts list. Matching parts need nothing from you. Repeated differences are grouped into one-click decisions, and only the real exceptions are left for your team. When you’re happy, you approve, and we agree the fixes on a short call.

  • On a real machine: 70 different parts (over 500 in total) checked, 56 differences, 30 of them cleared in three clicks
  • Every decision on the 3D model, so nobody guesses which part a row means
  • Nothing to install: review and approve in your browser

START WITH ONE OF YOUR MACHINES

Which machine sells the most parts?

Tell us about it and the files you have. We’ll reply within one working day with the next step and a fixed price, before anything is sent or paid.

* Required. We reply within one working day. Please don’t attach files yet; we’ll send you a secure upload link.

A few practical questions.

Can customers order straight from the catalogue?

Yes. They add parts to a list and send it as an order or enquiry, with the right part numbers and quantities. We set up where it goes, for example an email to your parts team or your dealer.

Do we need to change our website or involve IT?

No. We host the catalogue and give you one line to embed it, or a link you can use anywhere. Your web agency can paste it in a few minutes.

Can we choose what prices people see?

Yes. We set it up to suit how you sell: full prices, “price on request” or no prices at all. Separate dealer pricing can be added as part of your project.

How long does the first machine take?

Most single machines take three to six weeks from receiving your files, including a review round with your team. We confirm the timing in the quote.

What files do you need?

CAD (STEP is ideal, most formats work) and your parts list as Excel, CSV or an ERP export. No clean CAD? With a parts list and PDF manuals or exploded drawings we can often still build it, and we’ll tell you up front what’s possible.

What happens when a part changes?

Send us the new CAD or parts list and we update the catalogue as part of your monthly hosting. We can also show superseded parts with their replacement, so people ordering for older machines still find the right part.

Will customers be able to copy our design?

No. We simplify the model for the web, so it shows how the machine fits together without giving away the engineering detail.
