Bring the source material
Send CAD, a BOM, manuals, drawings and photos, or give us access to one machine. We assess what can support a useful, trustworthy pilot.
AUSTRALIAN PARTS-DATA PARTNER FOR EQUIPMENT MAKERS
Send us your CAD, BOMs and manuals. We find the missing part numbers and mismatches, then deliver a finished catalogue where customers and dealers click the part and order it. We host it and keep it up to date.
HOW WE WORK
Your engineers have better things to do than reconcile parts lists. We compare your CAD with your BOM and send a report of missing numbers, mismatches and duplicates, marked on the 3D model.
A$750 up to 150 parts, A$1,500 up to 500, larger machines quoted. Ex GST. Credited in full against your catalogue if you go ahead.
We build the 3D catalogue with click-to-order, ready to embed on your website.
We host it, update it when your CAD changes and re-check the data.
WHAT IT DOES FOR YOU
Customers and dealers find the right part themselves, instead of ringing your team to ask which one it is.
Part numbers come straight from your own parts list, so fewer wrong kits ship and come back.
When the right part is easy to find, customers buy genuine parts from your dealers instead of looking elsewhere.
Buyers understand the product, its options and how it fits before they contact you.
AN EXAMPLE · ONE REPAIR, TWO WAYS
The parts and the people are the same in both versions. What changes is how quickly everyone finds the right information.
Today
The farmer rings the dealer and describes the problem.
The dealer searches the PDF parts book, then rings your team to confirm the kit.
Sometimes the wrong kit ships, and comes back.
The sprayer sits for days while the spraying window closes.
days idleWith a 3D parts catalogue
The farmer scans the code on the machine and taps the pump.
The pump repair kit appears with your part number and where it fits.
A short guide walks through the repair, drafted from your own manual.
The order goes to the dealer with the model and serial already filled in.

For you: one less call to your service team, no wrong part shipped back, the sale still goes through your dealer, and a customer back at work sooner.
An illustrative scenario, not a measured result.TRY EACH STEP YOURSELF
A real CNC router with over 500 parts, built from its STEP file and its ERP parts list. We build yours from what you already have: CAD or drawings, the parts list, service notes and photos.
Help customers and dealers find a component visually, confirm the approved reference and send a useful enquiry.
Find a part on the CNC router
Use movement, exploded views, measurements and assemblies to make complicated equipment easier to explain.
Separate the CNC routerWe draft the steps from the manual you already have. Your team checks them, then technicians follow them on the real parts and order what the job needs.
Try the service guideThe CNC router is the open-hardware Evo M by Mekanika (CAD under CERN-OHL-S v2, documentation and parts list under CC BY-SA 4.0, source at github.com/mekanika-dev/evo); not affiliated with or endorsed by Mekanika; prices shown in the demo are samples. The conveyor uses the open-hardware Creator Transfer Chamber CAD (CERN-OHL-P v2). The sprayer pump is a generic model made for illustration, not any maker’s product. The caravan, camper, furniture and board concepts are original Tidalform designs. These are independent studies, not client commissions, manufacturer endorsements or manufacturing specifications.
FROM A WHOLE INSTALLATION TO ONE BEARING
The same approach scales past one machine. This pass-through conveyor sits in its glazed installation, built from open-hardware CAD. Go from the whole installation down to the pulley assembly, find the bearing and send a reference-ready enquiry.

THE PROCESS IN DETAIL
Start with the machine or assembly that creates the most explanation. Build the wider range once the first workflow earns its place.
We combine CAD, BOMs, manuals, photography, Blender and AI-assisted tools to produce a checked parts catalogue and service guides. Visual models do not replace engineering or verified fitment data. Once the references are verified, the same data can support photo identification; that is on the roadmap, not a promise.
Send CAD, a BOM, manuals, drawings and photos, or give us access to one machine. We assess what can support a useful, trustworthy pilot.
We agree the assemblies, references, variants and documents your team is prepared to stand behind.
You check the geometry, relationships, labels and enquiry output before anything goes live.
Use the working page with customers, dealers or your service team, then decide what to extend next.
LOCAL CONNECTION. PRACTICAL DELIVERY.
Tidalform is an independent studio on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. We turn equipment makers’ CAD, drawings, manuals and parts lists into 3D parts catalogues and service guides. Martin brings three years of daily CAD work in Archicad and CAD Decor together with software delivery, system design and business workflows, so the model, the parts data and the web page are built by the same person.
The approach is practical: understand the machine, agree the service question and build one clear first project before expanding the range.
We come to your workshop, factory or yard anywhere from Noosa to the Gold Coast, to measure, photograph and check the machine in person.
PILOT AND PRICES
We scope a bounded pilot around one machine and one service or sales question. Product modelling is also available on its own.
We review the source material and problem first, then confirm the scope and price before work starts.

LET’S FIND A GOOD FIRST PRODUCT
Send us a product link and tell us what your customers and dealers ask about most: finding the right part, fitting it, or choosing options. We’ll shape a clear first project from there.
Sometimes. It depends on the product, the available angles and the accuracy required. We assess the source material first; we won’t assume hidden details from a few pictures.
Yes, that is where we start. We take GLB, FBX, OBJ and STEP, and exports from SketchUp, Rhino and most CAD tools, and prepare them in Blender for the web: lighter files, real materials, and the moving parts set up.
Yes. Send the service manual you already have: we draft the step-by-step guides from it, tie each step to the real parts in the model, and your team checks every step before anything goes live.
You do. The model, the page files and the renders are yours to use anywhere. The studies of other makers’ products on this page are demonstrations only.
No. A flat fee per product and optional hosting; nothing per sale.
On both, the machine appears at true size in the yard, workshop or showroom, with an outline of the most space it needs when fully open or extended, so you can see at once whether it fits. On Android it can also show its movement.
No. We host the catalogue and give you one line to embed it, or a link you can use anywhere. Renders and animations can also be used as regular media.
For a parts catalogue, start with a parts-data check from A$750, credited in full against the catalogue. The catalogue itself is quoted per machine once we’ve seen your files. Product modelling on its own starts at A$1,500. All prices ex GST, confirmed before work starts.
